Six games were featured in the NBA schedule last night and not a lot of European action could be seen but there were a few players that put on solid performances.

Dennis Schroder was one of them with 18 points as he, together with Jayson Tatum who banked in 31 points (nine boards), led the Boston Celtics to a 107-97 road win over the Houston Rockets.

Alperen Sengun could be seen on the other side, contributing with seven points, four rebounds, and four assists. Daniel Theis followed up with six points, five rebounds.

The Orlando Magic, somewhat surprisingly, got a 110-104 win thanks to Cole Anthony’s 29 points, 16 rebounds, eight assists and Terrence Ross’s 22 points.

Franz Wagner scored ten points while Moe Wagner had eight. They also grabbed seven and four rebounds respectively. On the opposing side, Julius Randle logged 30 points and 16 rebounds while Derrick Rose had 23. Evan Fournier scored eight points against his former team.

Ja Morant went for 40 points and ten assists against the LA Lakers but it wasn’t enough as his Memphis Grizzlies lost 121-118. Carmelo Anthony was the leading scorer for the winning team with 28 points.

The Golden State Warriors continued with strong displays in a 119-107 win over the Sacramento Kings, led by Steph Curry who was close to another triple-double with 27 points, ten assists, and seven boards.

Another Curry, in this case, Sett, went ‘berserk’ with 28 points as Philadelphia got the better of Oklahoma 115-103. Joel Embiid scored 22 while Furkan Korkmaz helped with nine points. Aleksej Pokusevski had four on the other side.

Perhaps the biggest upset of the night belonged to the Charlotte Hornets who took down the Brooklyn Nets 111-95. Miles Bridges scored 32 for the victors with LaMelo Ball adding 18 points. Kevin Durant had 38 on the Nets‘ side while James Harden followed with 15-8-7.
