Luka Doncic was the main protagonist in the NBA Thursday night, as the Slovenian generational talent put up a triple-double of 41 points, 11 rebounds, and 14 assists, adding 3 steals as well. The Mavs beat the Brooklyn Nets 129-125 in OT after a crazy game, with Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant scoring respectively 39 and 37 points. Facundo Campazzo only played 3 minutes, going scoreless.

The Oklahoma City Thunder needed 24 points from Shai Gilgeous-Alexander to beat the Los Angeles Clippers 118-110 at home. Aleksej Pokusevski found its best scoring performance this season with 15 points off the bench. On the losing side, Ivica Zubac recorded a double-double of 12 points and 18 rebounds.

Steph Curry flirted with the double-double as he had 33 points (7/14 from the perimeter) and 9 assists, dragging the Golden State Warriors to the 123-110 victory against the Miami Heat. Andrew Wiggins added 18 points and 10 rebounds. On Erik Spoelstra’s team, Nikola Jovic came off the bench scoring 4 points in 8 minutes of playing time.

Another victory by the Memphis Grizzlies, who are now on top of the Western Conference alongside the Portland Trail Blazers with a 4-1 record. In the 125-110 win over the Sacramento Kings, Desmond Bane led the way with 31 points, Santi Aldama was put in the starting five but had only 4 points and 2 rebounds in 30 minutes on the court. Domantas Sabonis went close to the triple-double with 11 points, 11 rebounds, and 9 assists, while both Chima Moneke and Alex Len came off the bench without adding any scoring contribution.
