Doncic’s 40-point triple-double leads Mavs past Trail Blazers

Another amazing performance from Luka Doncic

With his third triple-double of the season, Luka Doncic led the Dallas Mavericks to a 117-112 win against Portland Trail Blazers.

Luka had 42 points, 13 rebounds, and 10 assists, after two under-30 points performances that led to Dallas losses. He scored 30 or more points for the 10th time in 12 games this season.

Jusuf Nurkic didn’t play for Portland for the third time in a row with a right hip adductor injury.

Los Angeles Clippers lost to Brooklyn Nets 95-110, even though Ivica Zubac got a strong double-double with 16 points and 14 rebounds. Nicolas Batum was scoreless but grabbed six rebounds.

Kristaps Porzingis had a great game and led Washington Wizards to a 121-112 win against Utah Jazz.

The big man from Latvia scored 31 points, with 10 rebounds, while Deni Avdija also had a solid game for the winning side with 13 points and seven rebounds.

Lauri Markkanen had 17 points for the Jazz, while Simone Fontecchio remained without points for the two minutes he spent on the court.

With a 43-point performance from Jason Tatum, Boston won against Detroit 117-108, even though Bojan Bogdanovic had another great game with 28 points for the Pistons.

The French-American Killian Hayes added 15 points, seven assists, and six rebounds for the losing side.

Indiana Pacers convincingly won against Toronto 118-104, while Juancho Hernangomez spent 15 minutes on the court for the Canadian side, but didn’t score any points. The Spaniard grabbed eight rebounds.

Joel Embiid had a great game against Atlanta Hawks and got revenge on Clint Capela with 42 points, 10 rebounds, and six assists in a 121-109 victory.

Furkan Korkmaz added seven points for the winning team, while Georges Niang had four. Capela got another double-double with 14 points and 15 rebounds.


Miami Heat won convincingly against Charlotte Hornets 132-115, with Nikola Jovic grabbing minutes. The Serbian hit the only three-pointer he took.

New Orleans Pelicans had little trouble with Houston Rockets, and won 119-106, with Jonas Valanciunas scoring eight points, with four rebounds.

Alperen Sengun had only six points and three rebounds for the losing side, Usman Garuba added four points and six rebounds, while Boban Marjanovic had two of each.
