Atlanta Hawks got a huge W against Milwaukee Bucks in Wisconsin 121-106. It was their fifth victory in the last seven games and the first one in Milwaukee since 2016.

Giannis Antetokounmpo missed the last two games, and three of the last four with left knee soreness, but grabbed 27 points in 31 minutes, shooting 8-21 from the field. It wasn’t enough for the Bucks, who suffered their third loss in the last four games, after a perfect 9-0 start to the season.

When was the last time I played, like six or seven days ago, a week ago?” Antetokounmpo said. “But that’s part of it. You can’t get too low or get too high. It’s part of it. You can’t expect to be at your best when you haven’t played for a week.”

Serge Ibaka got five points and three rebounds for the losing side, while Sandro Mamukelashvili added two points and a rebound.

Clint Capela had another great game for Atlanta, scoring 19 points, and grabbing 10 rebounds.

Oklahoma City Thunder gave a great fight to the Boston Celtics in TD Garden, but the hosts prevailed at the end 126-122.

Aleksej Pokusevski continues to be an important piece for the Thunder, with another double-double. The young Serbian scored 16 points and grabbed 14 rebounds in a narrow loss to the Celtics.

Juancho Hernangomez had a solid game for the Canadian side with nine points, six rebounds, and three assists.

Charlotte Hornets won against Orlando Magic 112-105 in Florida, with Theo Maledon scoring 14 points for the winning side.

German international Franz Wagner had a 23-point game for the hosts, but it wasn’t enough for the win at home.

Houston Rockets lost another game, this time to LA Clippers 106-122. Alperen Sengun got 16 points for the team from Texas, while Usman Garuba added five, with four rebounds.

Nicolas Batum scored 10, with six rebounds, while Ivica Zubac got nine points and seven rebounds for the winning side.
