The Milwaukee Bucks trade for Jae Crowder picking him up from the Brooklyn Nets

Initially part of the compensation for Kevin Durant to the Brooklyn Nets, Jae Crowder instead teams up with Giannis Antetokounmpo at the Milwaukee Bucks.

Crowder, 32, will move to the Bucks for five second-round draft picks, per Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium.

Fitting in the three-way deal, the Indiana Pacers get Spanish-Congolese Serge Ibaka and Jordan Nwora packed with two second-round picks. Making room, they intend to waive Georgian Goga Bitadze, updated Charania.

Furthermore, the Pacers acquired veteran guard George Hill and a second-round pick from the Bucks, per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

The centerpiece of the trade, Crowder has yet to play in the 2022-23 Regular Season seeking a way out of the Phoenix Suns. The defensive specialist’s spell in Arizona included reaching the 2021 NBA Finals against the Bucks with his new teammate, Giannis being named Finals MVP.

The Marquette product has played in 842 NBA games between the Suns, Miami Heat, Utah Jazz, Boston Celtics, Dallas Mavericks, and Cleveland Cavaliers over ten NBA campaigns.

Josh Hart goes to the Knicks, Thomas Bryant to Denver

The New York Knicks secured the services of former NCAA champion with Villanova, Josh Hart. The Portland Trail Blazers got Ukrainian Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk along with Cam Reddish, Ryan Arcidiacono, and a protected 2023 first-round pick, in trade news reported by Wojnarowski.

Mykhailiuk, 25, will end up with the Charlotte Hornets alongside multiple second-round picks completing a separate three-way deal. Former San Diego State standout Jalen McDaniels is going to the Philadelphia 76ers while Matisse Thybulle moves to Portland, per Wojnarowski.

The Los Angeles Lakers traded for guard Davon Reed and three second-round selections shifting center Thomas Bryant to the Denver Nuggets, Wojnarowski added revealing another last-minute trade.

The Celtics sent Justin Jackson and two second-round picks to the Oklahoma City Thunder for Mike Muscala, according to Charania.

Eric Gordon to Clippers, Luke Kennard to Memphis, and Patrick Beverley to Orlando for Mo Bamba

It seems everyone was waiting for the last moment (deadline at 21.00 CET), as trade stories can’t stop coming. Los Angeles Clippers made a big move and acquired Eric Gordon from Houston Rockets in a multi-team deal, per Adrian Wojnarowski.

The Clippers are sending Luke Kennard to the Grizzlies, who are sending three second-round picks to the Clippers, ESPN’s NBA Insider adds.

The Rockets are getting John Wall back per Shams Charania, as well as rights to swap Bucks’ pick with Clippers this year, Tim MacMahon adds.

Another trade also emerged, as the Los Angeles Lakers are trading Patrick Beverley to the Orlando Magic for center Mo Bamba, Wojnarowski and Charania both reported.

Dario Saric to Oklahoma, Josh Richardson to New Orleans, Mason Plumlee to LA Clippers

Dario Saric with continue his career with the Oklahoma City Thunder, as they are trading Darius Bazley to the Phoenix Suns for the Croatian player and a second-round pick, Shams Charania reports.

The San Antonio Spurs are trading Josh Richardson to the New Orleans Pelicans for Devonte’ Graham and four second-round picks, per Charania.

The Pistons are sending Kevin Knox to Golden State Warriors as part of the multi-team deal that brings them James Wiseman, Adrian Wojnarowski reported.

With that in mind, the Blazers are trading Gary Payton II to the Warriors for five second-round picks, and Golden State is routing Knox to Portland via a multi-team deal with the Pistons, Wojnarowski adds.

ESPN’s NBA Insider adds that the Charlotte Hornets are trading center Mason Plumlee to the LA Clippers for Reggie Jackson.
