In a few-game NBA night, Giannis Antetokounmpo was the biggest European protagonist, pushing the Milwaukee Bucks to the 25-point (118-93) win against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The two-time NBA MVP ended with a massive double-double of 30 points and 19 rebounds while adding 4 assists and shooting 13/18 from the field and 4/6 at the line.
Speaking in the post-game press conference, he commented on the team being fully healthy now. “I just feel this appreciation feeling of having everybody healthy and available to play. Because when we’re not healthy, I think sometimes we play well, sometimes we don’t, sometimes we create this excuse in our mind that like, “OK, when he gets back, we’re going to be better”. But now we’re all here. There’s no more excuses”, he said.
