The Nuggets prevailed and got a match-up with the top seeded Oklahoma City Thunder in the second round of the Western Conference Playoffs.

Nikola Jokic finished the night with 16 points, 10 rebounds, eight assists and three steals, leading a balanced team effort with six players scoring in double digits.

After closing the third period up by 27 points (93-66) the Nuggets led by 35 points (103-68) in the start of the fourth quarter, finishing prematurely the game.

Croatian big man Ivica Zubac had a double-double (10 p., 14 r.) for the Clippers and Bogdan Bogdanovic scored 12 points against his teammate in the Serbian national team, which were far from enough. French forward Nicolas Batum added three points, two rebounds, two assists and two blocks.

Aaron Gordon with 22 points and Christian Braun with 21 were the top scorers of Denver, while Kawhi Leonard had 22 for the Clippers and James Harden just seven, dishing also 14 assists.
