Luka Dončić made an immediate impact at the start of his first full season with the Los Angeles Lakers, averaging 46 points, 11.5 rebounds, and eight assists per game.
However, Dončić’s hot start has hit an unexpected pause due to injuries.
According to Shams Charania, the Lakers’ star has sustained multiple injuries, including a sprain to his left finger and a contusion on his left lower leg.
The team confirmed that Dončić will be sidelined for at least a week. He is scheduled for a re-evaluation after seven days, leaving Lakers fans hopeful about when he will return to the court.
