On a break until visiting the Utah Jazz in Delta Center on Sunday, the Los Angeles Lakers held practice on Thursday, with Luka Doncic also stepping up to share the source of his trademark celebrations on the court.

“I don’t watch them. I don’t know what I am doing,” he said in an underwhelming response.

From the 26-year-old Slovenian superstar dancing on the floor and more, the Lakers‘ focus is on using the distance between Tuesday’s and Sunday’s meetings with the Jazz to work on various areas, especially since LeBron James returned to action.

“He’s going to help us a lot,” noted Doncic, referring to the four-time NBA champion.

“He makes things easier for sure,” he added, “Just for him to come back, he’s another player that can create, that can score, that can do a lot of things. So, it’s tougher to stop us.”

JJ Redick’s side currently sits fourth in the Western Conference standings with an 11-4 record, 3.5 games away from the leader Oklahoma City Thunder.

“I feel like there are a lot of improvements still, something we talked about today before practice. I think we’re doing a really good job, but the good thing about this is, we still have a lot of improvement left,” Doncic described team progress.

“When you talk about a ceiling, how can we even address what it is? Our goal is to win a championship, and that’s what we’re aiming for,” he once more rejected any kind of limit for the Lakers.
