Nikola Jokic posted his tenth triple-double in the 2025-26 NBA Regular Season, leading the Denver Nuggets to a win, 125-115, against the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday.
With the combined total for the rest of the league at 20, the 30-year-old Serbian center tallied 17 points, 16 assists, and ten rebounds, alongside two steals over 34 minutes in FedExForum. His latest showing included a casual half-court make to close the third quarter. Jamal Murray and Peyton Watson added 29 and 27 points, respectively.
Lithuanian reserve Jonas Valanciunas contributed six points, six rebounds, one steal, and one assist for David Adelman’s side.
Returning to a bench role for the team coached by Finnish Tuomas Iisalo, Spanish Santi Aldama ended up with 12 points, six assists, six rebounds, two blocks, and two steals. Teammate Zach Edey was forced to an early exit due to a head injury.
“When you’re playing against a guy like Jokic and Murray, and when they’re on, you have to make some tough decisions on how to guard that, and today the other guys knocked down their shots,” noted 43-year-old Iisalo.
Knicks extend streak
In Barclays Center, the New York Knicks topped the Brooklyn Nets, 113-100, to mark a 12th straight win in the head-to-head series.
With British O.G. Anunoby (left hamstring strain) on the sidelines, European action went into French Guerschon Yabusele at three points. Fellow French imports, Mohamed Diawara and Pacome Dadiet, German Ariel Hukporti, and British Tosan Evbuomwan did not score.
On the team coached by Spanish Jordi Fernandez, Russian starter Egor Demin recorded nine points. Israeli Ben Saraf (left ankle sprain) remained inactive, alongside fellow Israeli Danny Wolf and French Nolan Traore.
