Serbian center Nikola Jokic was named Player of the Week for the Western Conference, the NBA announced.
Jokic averaged 19 points, 12.2 rebounds and 4.4 assists per game, leading the Denver Nuggets to four victories in five matches. The Nuggets won against the Miami Heat, the Brooklyn Nets, the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Orlando Magic, losing only to the Golden State Warriors.
Against the Nets, Jokic also registered a career-high 41 points.
