NBA Euro-watch: Calderon stays hot

Since he has been inserted into the starting line-up, Jose Calderon has fit perfectly into the spacing system around LeBron James.

The Spanish veteran was productive once more as he scored a season-high 17 points, 3 rebounds, six assists and two steals in a 121-112 over the Lakers. Cedi Osman played 10 minuted ans had 4 points and a steal.

LeBron James notched his 59th career triple double and tied Larry Bird in that category.

The Pistons snapped their 7-game losing streak by beating the Hawks 105-91.

For the losing side, Dennis Schroder just missed a double-double ( 9. 10 r.) while Ersan Ilyasova had it going offensively with 23 points.

Finally, the short-handed Golden State Warriors beat the Mavericks 112-97 and Omri Casspi took full advantage of his start scoring 17 points to go along with 11 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 blocks.

For the losing side, German legend Dirk Nowitzki had 18 points and 9 boards while fellow German Maxi Kleber had 16 points and 7 rebounds.
