Bogdan Bogdanovic put on the court one of his top performances of his rookie NBA season last night to help the Sacramento Kings beat the New York Knicks.

The Serbian player posted 23 points and 7 assists while making a crucial go-ahead jumper in crunch time as the Kings downed their opponents 102 – 99 in Sacramento.

“I mean… as in every game I just step up and play. Compete. I don’t worry about numbers. Tonight was my night. The other night, it wasn’t I just play the right way. Nothing else,” Bogdanovic said about his outing, per ABC 10.

Over the first three games that the Kings have played in March, Bogdanovic averages 20 points, 4 rebounds plus 3.3 assists. Apart from last night’s match, Sacramento also won over the Brooklyn Nets last Thursday. They had closed February with four losses in a row.

“I’m really happy with how we played these last three games. We can always be better,” Bogdanovic added.
