The final day of the 2018-19 Regular Season drew up seven out of the eight first round pairings of the 2019 NBA Playoffs. Wednesday’s action saw the Charlotte Hornets get eliminated with the Detroit Pistons completing the postseason field. The playoffs will begin on April 13th.
The first round pairings:

Milwaukee Bucks (1) – Detroit Pistons (8)
Toronto Raptors (2) – Orlando Magic (7)
Philadelphia 76ers (3) – Brooklyn Nets (6)
Boston Celtics (4) – Indiana Pacers (5)
West
Golden State Warriors (1) – Los Angeles Clippers (8)
Denver Nuggets (2) – San Antonio Spurs (7)
Portland Trail Blazers (3) – Oklahoma City Thunder (6)
Houston Rockets (4) – Utah Jazz (5)
