Nanterre’s win 102 – 100 after two overtimes over Strasbourg at home concluded Day 7 action in the French League. It was by far the game of the season in the French League.

The hosts were down during the entire second half but managed to get the win in an amazing match. They needed some big shots along the way, though…

Jamal Shuler made probably the biggest of them all, forcing the second overtime with an incredible three-pointer. Strasbourg struggled from the free throw line in the last minutes and Nanterre escaped with the victory. David Logan had the chance to tie but he missed at the buzzer.

Terran Petteway paced the winners with 22 points, followed by Erik Murphy who added 19. Alade Aminu also contributed with 17 points and seven boards. David Logan led all scorers finishing with 23 from Strasbourg’s side. Louis Labeyrie dominated in both rims with 21 and 8 (10/10 FG).

Nanterre improved to 5-2 while Strasbourg fell to a 3-4 record.

Over the weekend, Monaco and ASVEL got wins at home as they defeated Boulazac and Chalons respectively. Also, Le Mans lost his first game of the season against Elan Chalon while PAU Orthez triumphed in the French classic over Limoges on the road.
