Anadolu Efes defeated Ormanspor 79 – 68 to improve its Turkish BSL League record to 15 – 1. Coach Ergin Ataman’s team was without Shane Larkin, Krunoslav Simon and Chris Singleton (resting reasons ahead of the double-game EuroLeague week) plus Vasilije Micic (injury) and Bryant Dunston (injury).

James Anderson scored 16 points and grabbed seven rebounds for Efes while Adrien Moerman had one of his top games since his return from injury with 14 points and four rebounds. Bugrahan Tuncer added 12 points, five rebounds plus five assists and Tibor Pleiss had 12 points.

Elmedin Kikanovic (13 points, seven rebounds), Dorukhan Engindeniz (12 points, four rebounds) and Cevher Ozer (11 points, six rebounds) stood out from Ormanspor, that dropped to 4-12.
