A highly intense and physical clash was in store for Game 1 of the Turkish League Finals with Fenerbahce making the 1-0 against Besiktas.

Bobby Dixon scored 16 points and four other of his teammates also scored in double figures as Fenerbahce beat Besiktas 75 – 69 in Game 1 of the Turkish League Finals.

Fener won after shutting down Besiktas in the final minutes, managing a 7-0 run after the score was made 68 – 66 with two minutes remaining.

Ekpe Udoh added 13 points plus seven rebounds, Bogdan Bogdanovic had 13 points and five boards while Kostas Sloukas scored 11 and dished out 4 assists. Jan Vesely completed the winning equation for Fenerbahce with a wonderful all-around output of 10 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists.

Vladimir Stimac‘s dominant double-double (20 points, 11 rebounds) or Earl Clark‘s offense (17 points, 8 rebounds) didn’t do the that put up a fight against the EuroLeague champions but was outplayed in the final stretch.
