According to Eurohoops sources, Besiktas has offered a multi-year deal to Davon Jefferson after being in advanced talks.
The American forward, who has played for several European teams including Asvel, is also eyed by Italian Cantu.
He is now expected to decide between the two clubs about the next step in his career.
