Besiktas outplayed Efes on the road.

Jason Rich scored 27 points (9/13 from the field), including five in the last minute, as Besiktas delivered the upset of the Week in Turkey by beating Anadolu Efes 90 – 86 away from home.

With the score 76 – 80 and 35 seconds remaining, Rich hit the 3-pointer that put his team at a three-possession distance. Shane Larkin scored four points to make it 84 – 86 with 11 seconds left but a pair of free throws by Rich followed by 2/2 by Ivan Buva sealed the win for the visiting team.

Buva had previously scored some key points to finish with 17, same as Robin Benzing to help Besiktas improve to 4-4. From Efes that was without Vasilije Micic (played with Serbia vs. Greece, Monday) and dropped to 6-2 with this loss, Bryant Dunston had 17 points and six rebounds, Shane Larkin 17 points and five assists and Adrien Moerman 14 points and 12 boards.
