Banvit was getting back into the game multiple times but Anadolu Efes put on a strong fourth quarter and secured a 93-85 home win on Day 18 of Turkish League.
Shane Larkin banked 20 points for the victors followed by Rodrigue Beaubois’ 19 and Krunoslav Simon‘s 13 points. For Banvit, DJ Shelton scored 18 and Gary Neal 17 points.
Fenerbahce took down Buyukcekmece improving to 15-2 at the top of BSL standings while Efes is behind them with 14-3. Tofas follows with 12-5 after Sammy Mejia led them past Afyon while Banvit now holds a 6-11 record.
