An unstoppable Mike James, six wins in eight games and above all, reaching playoffs positions. That is what AS Monaco has achieved since the arrival of Sasa Obradovic to their bench, completely changing the course of the team.
Since round 16, when Obradovic took over, Mike James’ production (71 million) has reached over 18 points, 7 assists and 20 PIR per game, leaving behind an uneven start of the season. Along with him, guys like Alpha Diallo (20 million) or Dwayne Bacon (21 million) made great games joining the Monaco star. And although he is a more expensive player in Biwenger (37 million), Donatas Motiejunas always offers solid performances.
Next Friday they have the ultimate challenge, as they receive Fenerbahce. The Turkish team became a defensive machine and should serve as a test to see if Monaco is ready to play the EuroLeague playoffs.

We have been saying for the last few weeks that UNICS is tired and the results are proving it. Not even the reliable Lorenzo Brown could put up a good performance in their recent trip to Monaco.
