Despite the people of Turkey garnering less attention, the issues from the devastating earthquake are now becoming more apparent.

The Eurohoops Organization, behind the initiative of the Turkish edition of Eurohoops.net through EUROhope | Assist for Turkey, tries to ease the pain of those affected. Famous athletes and top clubs auction personal basketball items via Eurohoops, through EUROhope, a Corporate Social Responsibility program. The proceeds will go the those affected through the non-governmental organization Ahbap NGO and social foundation Darüşşafaka Cemiyeti.

After one month and with one week of auctions left, a total of 13.802€ have been collected.

The fifth and last series EUROhope | Assist for Turkey auctions features the Serbia jersey of last season’s best player in Europe Vasilije Micic signed by all members of the Serbia national team, including reigning back-to-back NBA MVP Nikola Jokic. Extending solid support, Anadolu Efes offers three more autographed jerseys from Will Clyburn, Shane Larkin, and Micic, and one more signed by all members of this season’s squad.
