Playoff time in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague combines with predictions shaping the brackets of Eurohoops experts.

The penultimate stage of the 2024-25 installment of Europe’s premier club continental competition tips off later Tuesday.

Eurohoops live show commentator Charis Giannopoulos of Maroussi BC and 23 journalists from the English, Greek, Turkish, Spanish, and Russian editions of Eurohoops shared their respective projections on which teams will advance to the Final Four and the length of the approaching best-of-five series, which teams will then progress to the championship game, and which team will eventually be crowned EuroLeague champion.

PLAYOFFS (best of five)

(1) OLYMPIACOS – (8) REAL MADRID

Real Madrid seems a scary eighth seed, but does not budge Olympiacos, according to Eurohoops experts, handing the Reds a 95.8% progress rate.

(2) FENERBAHCE BEKO – (7) PARIS

Considered a tight series, 79.2% of the brackets of our editors featured Fenerbahce Beko moving to the next round.

(3) PANATHINAIKOS AKTOR – (6) ANADOLU EFES

Ergin Ataman will face his former team, and Panathinaikos Aktor will eliminate Anadolu Efes, per 91.7% of the predictions.

(4) AS MONACO – (5) FC BARCELONA

AS Monaco enjoyed 79.2% of our votes in the matchup between the fourth and fifth seeds.

From the highest success rate in the Playoffs, Olympiacos gathered 95.8% of the votes regarding the Semifinal of the Final Four. With Monaco and Barca out of our picture, the rest of the field favored Madrid.

SEMIFINAL B

The majority, at 62.5%, projected Panathinaikos to extend the championship defense into the Final. Fener followed with 29.2%, and Paris had 8.3%. Efes was instead ruled out across the board.

FINAL

A clash of the storied Greek clubs in the championship game was projected by 15 Eurohoops experts. The Greens are victors, according to ten of those votes. The Reds sit second with a narrow deficit to their archrivals. The rest of the votes were locked into Fenerbahce.
