Later on, in a match-up that featured six Euro-ballers due to Kanter being inactive, the Hawks managed to beat the New York Knicks (116-104) behind Dennis Schroder superb performance. The German point guard dropped 26 points to go with 2 boards, 8 assists and a steal.

Kristaps Porzingis had 28 points for the losing side and Willy Hernangomez had 6 points, 7 boards an assist and a block in 18:31 of action. Frank Ntilikina played some exceptional defense down the stretch keeping the Knicks in the game.

The biggest Euro-matchup of the day was the duel between two of the most skilled and versatile big men in the game, Nikola Jokic and Marc Gasol.

The Spanish center continued to ball out in absence of Mike Conley and finished with a career-high 14 assists to go with 15 points, 6 rebounds and 2 steals despite the 92-104 loss.

On the other hand, Nikola Jokic put on a show for the crowd in Denver and finished just 2 assists away from a triple-double ( 28 p. 13 r. 8 a.). Juanch Hernangomez is starting to find his old form as he played 17 minutes and had 3 points, boards and a steal in a win.
