Jordan Farmar says goodbye to Anadolu Efes through Eurohoops and confirms his deal with the Lakers. On the contrary, buy out issues are keeping Nets draftee Boyan Bogdanovic to Fenerbahce/ Ulker for one more season

The deal of Jordan Farmar with the Lakers is about to be official and the American point guard is saying goodbye to Euroleague after one season. Eurohoops reached him, he explained his choice and he also seems a little disappointed by the way this season ended, because of a “few injuries”.

As Farmar said to Eurohoops: “I was very intrigued by the opportunity of going back home and playing for the team I grew up loving again. Learning from Nash and coach D’Antoni, playing alongside Kobe again. It was just a life choice that I didn’t want to pass up. I would like to thank the entire Anadolu Efes organization for another amazing life experience and the opportunity to expand my game and compete at the highest Euroleague level. We were a few injuries away from accomplishing something very special last season, and I wish them nothing but the best moving forward”.

However, an other player who play in Turkey and seemed to be on his way to the NBA, will stay in Istanbul at least for one more season. As Netsdaily reported first, Boyan Bogdanovic will not sign this summer with the Nets, because of his buy out (1,5 m. USD). The Croatian forward has a contract for one more year with Fenerbahce/ Ulker and then he is a free agent.
