Anadolu Efes needed a strong performance by Bryant Dunston to defeat Bahcesehir in a game for the Gloria Cup preseason tournament. The American big man scored 25 points and grabbed eight boards to help Efes outrebound its opponents 34 – 28 en route to the win.
On the other side, Erick Green had 24 points and five assists for Bahcesehir. Avery Jones had 14 points and Ismet Akipnar 13 for the losing squad.
For Efes, that was without star guard Shane Larkin, Vasilije Micic added 18 points and Krunoslav Simon 13 points, eight assists and five rebounds.
In another game for the tournament, Galatasaray beat Dnipro behind 19 points by Brock Motum.
