Sean Kilpatrick agreed to terms with Panathinaikos and Dimitris Giannakopoulos, team’s owner, confirmed the 29-year-old American’s addition to the Rick Pitino’s roster via Instagram by welcoming him to the team.

Despite the reports about advanced talks with James Nunnally, according to Eurohoops sources, while there was contact between the side of the player and the EuroLeague powerhouse, negotiations practically were never initiated.

Panathinaikos was focused on Kilpatrick, coach Pitino talked about his new player on today’s meeting with the media.

He was undrafted by the NBA but played for the Minnesota Timberwolves, the Denver Nuggets, the Brooklyn Nets, the Milwaukee Bucks, the Los Angeles Clippers and the Bulls.
