Business as usual for Nikola Jokic, dominant nights for Franz Wagner, Domantas Sabonis and Ivica Zubac

Nikola Jokic finished with 26 points, 11 rebounds and nine assists as the Denver Nuggets routed the Phoenix Suns 122-105 on the road.

With the Nuggets up 98 – 81 at the end of the third quarter and always retainined a lead around 20, Jokic didn’t even need to play in the fourth period. The Serbian center shot 11-13 during the 29 minutes he spent on the floor as his team captures its sixth straight win.

In his highest-scoring game since his return from injury, Franz Wagner produced 33 points, 12 rebounds and five assists to push the Orlando Magic past the San Antonio Spurs 112 – 11.

Victor Wembanyama posted 18 points, nine rebounds, four steals, four assists and four blocks. He struggled from distance with 1 out of 6 triples.

Ivica Zubac delivered one of his top performances in 2024-25 so far with a season-high 26 points along with 15 points and five assists to help the Los Angeles Clippers rout the Utah Jazz 130-110. He went 13 out of 16 from the field.

Svi Mykhailiuk scored 10 points on 4-12 shots for the struggling Jazz.

The Sacramento Kings overcame a 29 – 9 early deficit to beat the New Orleans Pelicans 123 – 118 behind 27 points and 16 rebounds by Domantas Sabonis. The Lithuanian big man is leading the NBA in double-doubles this season, now with 46.

Jonas Valanciunas hit the win-sealing free throws that put Sacramento up by five points with eight seconds remaining. He had four points and five rebounds.
