After dominating for two years in Russia with UNICS Kazan, Nenad Dimitrijevic earned a shot at the EuroLeague with EA7 Emporio Armani Milan.
However, things didn’t work out at best for the North Macedonian guard, who concluded the 2024-25 season out of Ettore Messina’s rotations both in the LBA and EuroLeague.
Now, he has returned to the VTB League with different colours, signing a two-year deal with Zenit Saint Petersburg.

Replaced by Nico Mannion throughout the season, the 27-year-old ultimately averaged 7.6 points, 2.9 assists, 1.6 rebounds, and 0.4 steals in 17 minutes per game in the EuroLeague.
Growing up basketball-wise in Spain, he experienced chapters with both Joventut Badalona and Valencia.
Next to TJ Shorts in North Macedonia’s backcourt, he won’t be playing at FIBA EuroBasket 2025. However, in the qualifying stage, he put up 26.2 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 5.4 assists per game.
