“This will be the first of many triple-doubles,” Nuggets coach Michael Malone said. Jokic had 20 points, 13 rebounds and 11 assists after missing three games with a strained left hip. For the losing side Greek freak Giannis Antetokounmpo had 23 points but it was not enough and Bosnian Mirza Teletovic added 5 points. For the winners, Spaniard Juancho Hernangomez added one rebound, while Italian Danillo Gallinari and Bosnian Jusuf Nurkic missed the game.

The Magic defeated Toronto 102-94 on Friday night for their second win over the Raptors in less than a week. Without star guard DeMar DeRozan available, Montenegrin Nikola Vucevic finished with 18 points while scoring just four points in the first half.

Spaniard Serge Ibaka (20 points and 12 rebounds) played well early and then French Evan Fournier (20 points and 10 rebounds) finishing the job. Lithuanian Jonas Valanciunas had a double double (18 p. 11 r.) for the losing side.

Last but not least Russell Westbrook scored 19 of his 38 points in the fourth quarter and had a triple-double to lead the Oklahoma City Thunder in a 114-102 victory over Memphis despite 31 points and 7 assists by Spanish star Marc Gasol. For the winning side Domantas Sabonis had 2 points and Frenchman Joffrey Lauvergne added 16 points and 8 rebounds. Here’s the rest of last night’s results and euro-scorers.
