Chus Mateo and Pedro Martinez’s respective teams will fight for the title in Spain

Despite Unicaja forcing Game 4 in Martin Carpena Arena, Real Madrid showed the heart of the champions, beating Ibon Navarro’s team on the road 86-79 to reach the ACB Finals.

Mario Hezonja led the way with a 20-point performance, while Edy Tavares added 16 points with 12 rebounds to dominate under the rim.

Dzanan Musa and Sergio Llull combined for 27 points, and Facundo Campazzo shared 6 assists.

On Unicaja, which previously won four titles this season, the departing Tyson Carter and Dylan Osetkowski combined for 29 points.

Kendrick Perry had 14 points and 4 assists in his team’s defeat.

Chus Mateo’s team will now go up against Valencia, coached by Pedro Martinez, which got over La Laguna Tenerife with a 3-0 sweep in their Semi-Finals.
