Segafredo Virtus Bologna and Banvit joined the four teams which secured a spot in the Basketball Champions League Round of 16 last week.
Bologna prevailed over medi Bayreuth to improve to a 9-2 record and is the first team in Group D to secure a playoff ticket. Banvit (7-4) did it against Nizhny and is the second Group A team to join playoffs after UCAM Murcia which is the first team to record 10 wins (10-1) this season after edging Avellino on the road.
The best performances of Gameday 11 go ‘hands down’ to two MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg players, Marcos Knight and Owen Klassen. They put on respective 39 and 36 efficiency ratings in the away win against Anwil.
