Eight teams are still alive in the Basketball Champions League 2018-19 season, all of them one step away from the Final Four.

Three qualifying rounds and a 14-week Regular Season set apart the sixteen top Basketball Champions League sides and upon the conclusion of the Round of 16 stage eight teams are left. The quarterfinals pairings are now set. The remaining teams have a two-game series ahead of them, which will shape the 2019 Final Four.

Defending champion AEK went through PAOK despite its home defeat in the rematch between the two Greek clubs. Iberostar Tenerife became the first team to overcome a double-digit deficit in the second leg of BCL series to eliminate Promitheas Patras.

Hapoel Bank Yahav Jerusalem and Segafredo Virtus Bologna took care of business against Neptunas Klaipeda and Le Mans, respectively. Brose Bamberg, Nanterre 92, Telenet Giants Antwerp and Nizhny Novgorod also advanced.
