Papaloukas congratulates the participants of the EuroLeague Academy

Theodoros Papaloukas thanked EuroLeague and congratulated everybody that participated in the EuroLeague Academy Tournament

The EuroLeague Academy Tournament Athens U12 came to a close on Thursday (23/5) at the Eurohoops Dome as Leonteios Neas Smyrnis won the trophy after winning 42-34 against Ellinoaggliki.

Theodoros Papaloukas attended and was the one to present the trophy to the winners while sharing some encouraging words to all the kids that participated.

He also shared a post on his Instagram today (24/5) thanking the EuroLeague as well as once again congratulating all the participants: “I would like to thank EuroLeague for organizing the first EuroLeague Academy in Eurohoops Dome. It was a great pleasure for us to see so many young kids from primary schools, boys and girls, competing and we cordially thank them. I would also like to congratulate everybody who attended especially the schools which made it to the final, Ellino Aggliki Agogi and Leonteios school from Nea Smirni (team that won the title).”

Ηταν μεγάλη μας χαρά η συμμετοχή των δημοτικών σχολείων με κορίτσια και αγόρια και τους ευχαριστούμε πολύ. Θέλω να δώσω τα συγχαρητήρια μου στα σχολεία που έλαβαν μέρος και ιδιαιτέρως σε αυτά που έφθασαν στον τελικό, την Ελληνοαγγλική Αγωγή και τη Λεόντειο Νέας Σμύρνης (που κέρδισε και τον τίτλο).
